Dear readers, last Wednesday was a very good night for me, not only did my rivals Tony Bond and Ben Evans get their asses kicked and lose their matches, but I introduced my latest signing, The Human Shark Rhys Reflex. Rhys beat Tony Bond and would later go on to beat The Unit in two, that's right, TWO open challenges, both with The Smartest Man In WrestlingTM by his side, meanwhile Ben Evans lost to 'Mr. Massive' Dan Evans, a man who I personally think could be a contender for the Welsh Title someday.
Speaking of the Welsh Title, Keith Matthews was at the show. Now anyone who follows CCW closely would know that Keith put out his own open challenge to find a contender for the Welsh Title, and it was the returning Tommy Hayden who accepted that challenge. I was all excited to see a new, more deserving champion be crowned, but their match never came to fruition. Why? Well it turns out that while Hayden may have accepted the challenge, it was never finalised, and so the main event went from Hayden vs Matthews to a Battle Royal for the Welsh Title. Now ladies and gentlemen if that sounds suspicious to you you're not alone. Sounds to me like Matthews was afraid of Tommy Hayden and would rather compete in a match where he doesn't have to fight him alone. Keith may have retained his Welsh Title and won his second Battle Royal, but nothing lasts forever.
Elsewhere, The Jester beat up and coming Basix star Jack Jones in an exciting bout, and newly heel turned Seth Skyline, who teamed with Tommy Hayden and Dionne Maxim to take on 'Disco' Bert Bridge and the Renegades in a losing effort, but the biggest travesty came from when CCW Chairman defeated my man G-Force. Now I admit, it's not been a great time for G-Force, after almost winning Super 8 2015 he has lost against 'Funk Soul Brother' Matt Burns and now Mason Tombs. It pains me to say it ladies and gentlemen, but unlike most people in CCW I am man enough to admit it. But mark my words, 2016 will be G-Force's year.
Speaking of 2016, as of November this year I, the The Smartest Man In WrestlingTM Dick Chambers, will not be attending many CCW shows. The reason is because I will be touring the globe looking for new talent to add to my family. Yes Rhys Reflex is a great addition to The Chambers Family, but this year alone I have lost Ben Evans and Tony Bond (after just ONE match), and with Byson missing I'm left with only two clients, so I will be travelling the world searching for potential new clients.
